Limestone Retaining Wall, Milford Michigan
This beautiful limestone retaining wall is 32″ tall and retains an abrupt hill in this client’s backyard. As always we have heavy duty geotextle fabric behind this wall to prevent any erosion from seeping through. As you can see it is always our intention to select stone that is consistent in thickness. Paired together these large stones appear level. Even though we are dealing with natural stone, a wall that is level gives the onlooker the concept that this wall is built properly. Additionally, we always braid our seams. This adds strength to the wall and looks professional.
